How do you ensure my chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized insulated packaging and gel ice packs during warmer months. We also offer expedited shipping options to ensure your haut-chocolat arrives in pristine condition regardless of the climate.
Are your chocolates gluten-free or vegan?
While many of our exotic truffles and bars are naturally gluten-free, they are crafted in a facility that handles wheat. We offer a specific collection of vegan truffles made with coconut cream and high-quality dark chocolate.
What is the shelf life of your truffles?
Because we use fresh cream and no preservatives, our truffles are best enjoyed within 10 to 14 days of receipt. For longer storage, keep them in a cool, dry place between 65-70°F.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Yes, every order can include a complimentary gift message. You can enter your personalized note during the checkout process, and it will be printed on a beautiful enclosure card.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Due to the perishable nature of our products and customs delays, we do not offer standard shipping to other international destinations at this time.
What is your return policy for food items?
As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours for a replacement or credit.
