If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Concierge team within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately inspect your chocolate boutique box and its contents for any signs of heat damage or shipping-related impact.
Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the exterior shipping packaging to help our quality assurance team investigate the incident.

Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and arrange for a complimentary replacement shipment or issue a digital gift card for the value of the affected items.
